KBE Fitness was established in 2019 by Kathe Bermudez.

KBE Fitness’ philosophy is its distinctive emphasis in promoting a healthy lifestyle through exercise. Our group classes combine cardiovascular and strength training. A few of the benefits of our classes include weight loss, increased strength, boosted energy levels and improved aerobic endurance. The classes are designed for all levels. We are here to help you achieve your fitness goals, whether you are starting your journey to a healthy lifestyle or you are training for a sports event.

Kathe has over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry and is a former gymnastics coach. She is a certified personal trainer by the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM), a Cardiovascular Endurance Specialist (CES), and a Fitness Nutrition Specialist (FNE). She is passionate about creating a community where everyone feels welcome and supported in the process of becoming the best version of themselves.

KBE Fitness is a HYROX Affiliate, and its members compete at various HYROX events throughout the year.
