Is there a long-term contract?

No, all memberships are month-to-month. Memberships renew automatically at the end of each period.

How do I register for classes and events?

All class and event registrations must be completed through the KBE Fitness app which can be downloaded from the app store after you have purchased a membership or a punchcard.

How long in advance can I register for classes?

Registration opens 2 weeks before class.

Do I need to cancel my registration if I will not be able to attend the class?

Yes, you must cancel your registration at least 2 hours before the class start time. Late cancellations or no-shows result in the forfeiture of the class for members with punchcards or with limited class memberships. Late cancellations or no-shows for members with unlimited memberships will result in a late cancellation / no-show fee of $15.

For limited class memberships, do unused classes roll over to the following month?

No, unused classes do not roll over.

Do you offer Open Gym day passes?

Currently, we are only offering Open Gym as an add-on to our class memberships. However, we may offer Open Gym day passes in the future.

What are the Open Gym hours?

Monday through Saturday: 5am to 11pm. Sunday: 6am to 9pm. Only available during non-class and non-event hours.

Do punchcards expire?

Yes, punchcards expire after 90 days.

Are there guest passes?

No, there are no guest passes. However, we offer a free trial class to new participants who want to try us.

Can I freeze my account?

Yes, you can request for your account to be put on hold if you are going to be unable to attend classes for a period greater than 14 days. Please send your request in writing to info@kbefitnessnj.com or contact us at (551) 587-0019.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at info@kbefitnessnj.com or at (551) 587-0019. Unused classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

What payment methods are accepted?

You can select credit card payment or ACH from a bank account when signing up through our website. We also accept cash or check, but you must sign up in person. Credit card payments are subject to a 1.5% processing fee.
